Our Mission
Participants learn innovation
Our mission is to enable students to develop the crucial critical thinking and creative problem solving skills, through experiential learning, which are essential to develop the skills of innovation.
Innovation skills can be developed by engaging in authentic work while tackling real challenges.
During this work, the reflection of a mentor accelerates problem solving by providing the nuanced feedback that enables participants to develop the sixth sense that's needed to innovate.
This sixth sense involves inquiry, intuition, abduction, guesswork, hypothesizing, sensing, seeking, testing and decision making.
This decision-making process develops a subtle perception that gives one the ability to cope with uncertainty and to embrace the opportunities inherent in a steady state of change.
Embracing change is key to achieving success in the fast-paced ecosystem in which we live today.
